No idea why the send button doesn't appear. Here is a possible workaround: Click the round Office button in the top left Click the Editor Options Click Customize Under the All Commands drop down menu, Click Send and then add Click the Show Quick Access Toolbar option This will put a send button on the Quick Access Toolbar on the top of each new email. Maybe not what you're looking for but until you find the right answer?

Edit- if you disconnect (or uninstall) the Connector, does the Send button appear?
